He/she should also provide evidence proving the legal standing of the holder of the rights , and when applicable, the representative who acts on behalf of the holder when it is someone different from the person sending the information, along with an express declaration stating that the information contained in the claim is correct.
According to the provisions of the LSSI, reception by NASERTIC of the claim mentioned in this clause does not imply effective knowledge of the activities and/or content mentioned by the claimant.
NASERTIC does not in any way guarantee the precision, content, integrity, legality and reliability, trustworthiness, timeliness, truthfulness, accuracy, functioning or availability of the contents and services that it offers, and waives all responsibility for same, and for any damages that may occur. The information offered by the company is purely informative and has no representative purpose. The foregoing extends to the links, contents and opinions that do not belong to the owner or those that are not housed in this website. The responsibility in such cases belongs to the owners of the contents and sites in question.
