Certify your service
We certify services, not providers
The first thing you need to know is that we don't certify providers, we certify services, and so if you do five things well, you can be certified for those five things and the Pole will offer those services to companies that need expert help.
Catalogue of certified services
We plan to unify all the certified services in one single place where everything is organised, categorised and accessible to enable companies to find and request them.
Request management
When a company asks for a professional service that's available in the Pole (and is therefore certified), we embark on a process to unite supply and demand. If there's more than one provider that offers a service, the company chooses the provider.
key points for certifying your digital service
Does it meet all the requirements to offer services?
There are several requirements for submitting services for certification. The first step is to ensure that you meet these requirements, before preparing the documentation.
I submit the documentation that they ask me for
The process requires several documents to be submitted to enable us to effectively assess the service that you propose. This is a key point, that's why we ask you for clarity and details.
Certified service. My commitments
If the Pole accepts the service, you take on a number of commitments related to the service provision, commitments that are geared towards ensuring service quality and provider/customer communication.
I renew the service every year
Certification lasts for one year, and so if you decide to continue, you'll need to apply for the certification to be renewed. And if the service evolves over the course of the year, you'll need to follow the procedure to update it.
